There was probably no more romantic period in modern day culture than the Big Band Era of the 1930’s and 1940’s. People held each other when they danced. The music could be slow or upbeat, but was always stylish and elegant, creating an ambiance that could only be described as romantic.

For over a decade, The Mill has recreated that ambiance in what we call our "Big Band Nights". Held upstairs in the beautiful Waterview Room in the style and tradition of the grand old ballrooms, our orchestras recreate your favorite legendary big band sounds.
